The SEC is getting a nice check in the mail from Tennessee again this year, but it’s worth it.
Thousands of fans stormed the field after Tennessee beat Alabama for the 3rd- consecutive time at Neyland Stadium. Now, the school will pay $500,000 for the violation. They’ll have the ability to reduce the fine to just $100,000 if they can prove that they fully tried to stop a field rush, but I don’t know.. I saw some security guards out there celebrating too so I’m not sure if they’ll have a case.
