We just got our first look at the new Rivergate Mall redevelopment.
Renderings were released to show the concept which will include retail, dining, gathering spaces, plus hundreds of multifamily units, senior living space and a hotel. Longtime residents in Madison call the redevelopment bittersweet. A website’s been launched to keep up-to-date with everything going on over there.
