You may soon be able to fly directly from Nashville to Asia. Apparently BNA is looking to add direct flights to Asia in the near future, but it would force them to extend some runways. An environmental study will be conducted before this happens and it could be a 6-year process.
The plan as of now is for them to extend the runway over Murfreesboro Pike, which if I had to guess is exactly why Monell’s at the Manor closed last year or so.
