A local family is looking to raise money to get their 5-year-old son a lifelong companion.
5 year old Mason Reckles was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and now his family is holding a raffle to raise enough money for him to get a diabetic alert dog. Training for dogs can cost up to 30 thousand dollars and most insurance won’t cover it.
