That’s basically what a judge said to DC Blox in their lawsuit against Metro Nashville. The group behind the proposed data center near the Nashville Zoo just had their lawsuit dismissed by a judge who said their claims were too unclear about what rights they believe Metro took away from them when it comes to purchasing the land.
Their request for a preliminary injunction has also been denied. Of 9 claims, the judge dismissed 3 so now, they can try again within 21 days to file a clearer explanation on those.
