Summer time is prime season for food trucks, but now in Goodlettsvile, things could change for these small businesses.
A new ordinance is being proposed in Goodlettsville which would ban food trucks from setting up in privately owned parking lots to sell their food and basically only allow them to operate during community or special events. Personally- this is ridiculous to me, some members of the board of commissioners are trying to ban them because they think they’re an “aesthetic issue.” Tell me you haven’t eaten at Taqueria Los Dos Rancheros, without telling me.
It’ll be discussed tonight and if passed, will be up for a final vote next month.
