A local group is hoping to make a major difference in Nashville, by planting native trees back in the metro area.. 500,000 trees, to be exact!
So far Root Nashville has planted more than 50,000 trees! What’s cool is they’ll actually plant trees for free on your property and they offer rain gardens and rain barrels now too. They’re offering 7 different types of native trees to choose from and all you have to do is dig the hole and they’ll come drop the tree in.
