TripAdvisor just created a list of the top 15 “hidden gem” eateries in the country and Cookie Dough Monster in Pigeon Forge just took the top spot! It’s a burger and shake joint in a strip mall, a few miles from Dollywood that Trip Advisor reviewers say remind them of a burger joint in a small, college town!
