To honor Suicide Prevention Month, Lebanon and Mt Juliet police officers now have semicolons on their vehicles and are working with a mental health co-responder program. The semicolon has been a powerful image in suicide prevention and is commonly used in literature where an author could’ve ended a sentence, yet chose to continue on with it.
