The cool weather is creeping in, pumpkin spice is back in stores.. but the leaves still need some time to catch up.
This is that time of year where we start to make plans for a quick weekend trip into the mountains to look at the fall foliage. Across the country, it’s looking like we might have a duller season than usual with Midwestern and New England states seeing the most vibrant colors.
We have the heavy rainfall and flooding to thank for our dull colors this year as well as insect and fungus damage. According to the interactive chart, we’ll see peak colors in mid to late October!
