Now’s the time to start!
School is back in session in a few quick days.. so now is the best time to get your child’s bedtime routine back on track! A local pediatrician shared some tips on how to have a smooth bedtime routine.
She says to start bedtime 60 minutes before “lights out” so your kids can stick to a schedule. She also says keeping devices out of the bedroom is always best before falling asleep, but calm music might help promote relaxation.
