Stricter DUI Laws Will Go Into Effect In Tennessee On July 1st

Just ahead of the 4th of July holiday, a new law is about take effect here in Tennessee!

The law lowers the threshold for enhanced DUI sentences from .2 to .15 blood alcohol content. So the legal BAC limit is still .08, but if you blow over .15, you’ll face stiffer penalties.
